County in support of a warrant for a search of Nicholson’s house. Special Agent C. S. Voskamp of the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations in Culpeper obtained information from George Wade of the Richmond Police Department, who according to the warrant, had arrested George Massie in Richmond with four ounces of cocaine in his possession. Two individuals with Massie when he was arrested, when interviewed by Special Agent Voskamp “named Ron Nicholson as the source of the cocaine which Massie had in his possession when arrested,” the warrant states.
Nicholson has entered into a plea agreement with the Commonwealth, stipulating his cooperation with the Commonwealth’s Attorney “in certain other criminal investigations,.. . to include giving truthful testimony before such Grand Juries as are specified . . . including but not limited to applicable multi-district Grand Juries or grand juries in other Virginia or Federal jurisdictions that are investigating relevant matters,” and testimony at subsequent trials.
In exchange for a guilty plea to the cocaine charge, Nicholson’s agreement also provides that he will be sentenced to 40 years in prison, suspended. He will serve 12 months in the Rappahannock County jail, then four years probation following his release. During that time he will
