Gore family reunion on Sunday at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Waff in Charlottesville were Mr. and Mrs. Field Benton and Mrs. Dot Estes of Sperryville, Mr. and Mrs. Manley Bruce and son Jackson of Amissville, Ms. Diane Bruce, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Bruce, and Mr. and Mrs. Rex Lindstrom.
Andrew Pennington spent last week at their summer place in Lewisetta. His daughter and family Mr. and Mrs. Harry Tharp and Robbie of Nokesville and Mr. and Mrs. Lunsford Ayers of Charlottesville were his guests during the week. Mrs. Pennington joined the group on Thursday and they returned home on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Burke of Front Royal were luncheon guests Friday of his mother Mrs. Charlie Burke. Mrs. Alice Beahm was an afternoon visitor. Visiting Mrs. Burke Sunday afternoon were Ashton Burke of Warrenton, Mrs. Janie Burke of Culpeper and Mrs. Eunice Sisk.
