Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax were Mr. and Mrs. Albert Wellens of Potomac, Md. On Saturday they attended the Old Dominion Races at Ben Venue.
Mrs. Jesse Curtis of Occoquan was a Friday overnight guest of Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley. On Saturday they visited Mrs. Curtis’ brother Carson Knupp in Mt. Crawford.
Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley entertained with a Birthday dinner and cake on Sunday for Mrs. Joel Daczewitz, along with Joel Daczewitz, Gregg, Philip and Derek of Woodville.
Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark attended the funeral of Mrs. Annie Slack of Rectortown in Marshall on Friday. Mrs. Slack is the mother of Stanley Slack of Baltimore, Md. The Slacks visit often in the county.
