Permanent, part-time position in the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Department. Salary $9.00—$10.00 per hour depending upon experience, with limited benefits. Work schedule, 20-25 hours per week. Responsibilities include media relations, news releases, departmental publications, exhibits, assists statf in program promotions, overall development and dissemination of information to public. Ablity to communicate ideas in writing and orally. Ability to meet deadlines even when obstacles arise. Good knowledge of public relations media.
