flood in Rock Mills in the 20 yedrs we’ve owned the property and we had no damage from that. I felt that was a rather far-fetched argument/. •
After much discussion, Mr. Mo^n agreed to have the ditch refilled and compacted to a depth of six inches. He insisted the 12-inch pipe was needed to take off the water which hadn’t been there until they dug the ditch.
We’ve never had water standing there nor running off in the ditchds which were not there. We don’t like what they have done and we don’t need a culvert. I feel they have ruined the front of our property for no. better reason than to show us they1 can do and that we can’t help our-> selves.
There is an old saying, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
