The county’s new therapist has an MS degree in counseling from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. His wife, Cindy, a Bath County native, is also a counselor. She works at the FGS office in Fauquier County.
Mr. Nettles said, “We’re happy to have him here — it’s good to have someone we can have confidence in. And his sense of humor makes it easy for everyone to get to know him.”
“I really like it out here,” Mr. Rafala concluded. “It’s a big change from Lynchburg — and a really big change from Hartford!”
