Cadet Airman First Class Camilla Jones has received academic honors at Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal. Cadet Jones has been named to the first semester dean’s list for academic achievement with a 3.36 average at the United Methodist college preparatory school.
Miss Jones is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Jones of Amissville and is a freshman at Randolph-Macon Academy.
Randolph-Macon Academy is a coed boarding and day schoool for grades seven through 12 and postgraduates. All students participate in Air Force Junior ROTC, which includes a four-year course of study in aerospace science. The academy has been judged the top Junior ROTC unit in the Northeastern United States.
