point out that virtually all of these signatures are from people who live in the area and who will be directly affected by this project, as opposed to some of the more vocal critics who are not necessarily from this immediate area.
In closing it has been my understanding and the understanding of many others that this project was and is a foregone conclusion. Were this not the case I am quite sure that the supporters of the Route 211 expansion would have been far more vocal than they have been to this point.
