Public Hearing The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 2, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider an ordinance creating a deferred compensation plan for Rappahannock County employees. Said plan will enable the County to provide retirement security for its employees, to increase flexibility in its personnel management system, and to assist in the attraction and retention of competent personnel, all at no cost to the taxpayer. A copy of the ordinance for inspection is available at the Clerk’s Office and the Building, Zoning, and Administration Office, from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment.
