The following letter was sent April 6, with petitions attached, to Constance R. Kincheloe, Rappahannock’s Representative on the Commonwealth Transportation Board.
I wanted to write to express my interest and support of the proposed expansion of Route 211 between Washington, VA and Sperryville. Despite all the recent furor that has developed over this project I feel that the vast minority of the people in my area support this road expansion as I do.
To that end I have enclosed copies of signatures I and others have collected over the last several weeks from people who do indeed want this road to come through. I would like to
