By spring Melissa had advanced from second grade, seventh month in math to fourth grade, seventh month, almost two years’ progress in one year and nearly up to grade level.
“It helped her tremendously,” Mrs. Jenkins said. “I don’t believe she would have passed her grade without the help.”
Melissa has been working at home this summer, doing math drills sent her by the school to keep from forgetting what she learned last year.
