A long-time resident of the Middleburg area, Mr. Kulski takes a personal as well as professional interest in regulating this region’s growth. He takes an active role as a professional consultant in formulation of preservation and development guideline for both the public and private sectors. He is frequently asked to provide his expertise and advice to sensitive local development isssues.
Mr. Kulski is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and member of the Cosmos Club and Fauquier Club. He is the author of three books: Land of Urban Promise, Architecture in a Revoluntionary Era and Dying We Live. He holds a Certificate in Architecture from Oxford, England, a Doctorate of Philosophy in City and Regional Planning from Warsaw Institute of Technology and a Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from Yale University.
