09011 Our Warrenton Residency needs someone to perform duties related to the processing of various permit and subdivision development requests for the purpose of ensuring compliance with Department policies and procedures as they pertain to the issuance of permits for private and commercial entrances, utilities and land use. Must have knowledge of construction materials, methods, practices, and principles of roadway design. The successful candidate will have the ability to read and interpert rules, regulations, contracts, and construction plans and specifications; use engineering field equipmet; record data and prepare reports; communicate effectively both orally and in writing,- maintain good working relationships with all levels of people, and pass material certification schools within two years of entering this position A valid Va. operator's license is required If you have education, training, and/ or experience indicating the ability to perform the work, take advantage of this opportunity to earn $17,125 -$23,391, annually, with excellent benefits.
