Washington Fire and Rescue organizations have initiated a new project for fund raising, a coin toss. Members of these units set up a coin toss on the highway whereby motorists may throw coins at a bull’s eye painted on a white sheet. According to a unit spokesman, the first attempt during the Labor Day weekend was quite successful.
