1896 in Culpeper, the daughter of the late Barbour Moore and Mary Elizabeth Yates Apperson. She was a member of the Culpeper Baptist Church, the Historical Society and AARP.
Her husband was the late Robert Ashby “Scott” Johnson.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbour J. Weaver of Castleton and Anne J. Wood of Culpeper; three grandchildren, Robert D. Wood of Upperville, Leslie Craig Wood of Culpeper and Delia W. Hoeffell of Amissville; and two great-grandchildren, Christopher C. Wood and Jennifer J. Wood, both of Upperville.
Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 31 at Clore Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be held Friday, Aug. 31 at 4 p.m. at Clore Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. H.O. Browning officiating.
