Mr. Scott’s history of exceptional and outstanding professional success in developing and executing communications programs for the various U.S. government and private agencies covers a wide range on the highest level in audiovisual and related information techniques,” Mr. Siira said. “With Mr. Scott’s outstanding record and achievements, we look forward to having him join us not only as Communications Media Chairman, but also to help us in building a stronger unit of the American Heart Association in Rappahannock County,” added Mr. Siira.
