MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR Responsible for the entire physical facility including HVAC, electrical, boilers, water treatment, plumbing, and grounds maintenance. Will supervise a staff of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance assistants. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of recent related experience. Supervisory background preferred.
BOOKKEEPER Responsible for all financial transactions including resident billing and dispersements. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a position exclusively dedicated to bookkeeping. Thorough knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger required. Previous expenence with computerized accounting systems mandatory.
