The bidding procedures for competitive negotiation provided by the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Section 11-37 of Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended), shall apply. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with the Library Board which shall include all mandatory requirements of the Virginia Public Procurement Act. Reference should be made to Section 11-57 and 11-58 of the Code of Virginia with regard to Bid Bond and Performance Bond requirements. Sealed bids should be submitted to the office of the County Administrator, Old Extension Office, Courthouse Grounds, (P O. Box 519, Washington, Virginia, 22747) so as to be received no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 19, 1990.
