A native of Montgomery County, Md. he was the son of the late Charles E. and Jessie M. Dresser Willett.

His wife was the late Daisy Lee Willett.

He is survived by a daughter, Rose Marie Baker of Amissville; a son, George Ray Willett of Chesapeake, Md.; and six grandchildren, Roxanne Marks of Culpeper, Bayard H. Waterbury of Amissville, Linda L. Casio of Boyds, Md., Jerry Willett of Brunswick, Md., Keith Willett of Baltimore, Md., and Eddie Willett of Frederick, Md.

Graveside services were held on Saturday, June 12 at Hillcrest Memroy Gardens near Jeffersonton. The Rev. Sidney Rodriguez officiated.

Geest-Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
