These people do not even take the^ time to respond or properly investigate improper personnel policies. Having a black face in government does not mean that we have voted in someone who cares that all Virginians are treated equally.
Many blacks are aware of the disservice Wilder has provided to blacks and others who have been oppressed by Virginia State management. However, although many of us voted for him, he has used his position as the first “black” governor to run for two political offices, to hobnob with the rich and famous, to make deals that could only be expedient to home personally and involve himself in projects that would make him known world-wide. At the same time he appeals to whites by not speaking out concerning the mistreatment of blacks.
