Most of the funding for that program came from a federal grant that will not be continued.'Tve been working on what we’ve developed for almost five years,” she said. “I could work 16 hours a day and not ' reach all the kids who are coming to me.” She said she had decided to come to the School Board “to see if the county is interested in picking this up” when she heard from people in the community who were concerned about losing the program.
