For those of you in our community who are acquainted with Elder Wayne Thompson and Elder Nelson Pettit, we covet your prayers on their behalf as they left on Monday to go to Romania for two weeks teaching and preaching the Gospel.
Down Rt. 522 way, we too would like to add congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Carder, daughter Susan and sons, Marvin and William upon receiving their award, a silver tray, which was awarded them by Culpeper Chamber of Commerce as they were chosen Culpeper County Farm Family of the Year. This presentation was made in a ceremony at their farm home on Monday. Mrs. Carder (Mary Ann Brown) was a former classmate of this writer.
