NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: COUNTY OF RAPPAHANNOCK TO CONSIDER CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES

CANNON-HOYLE ESTATES SUBDIVISION The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 4,1994, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the granting of an easement for utilities over a county-owned road, to all residents of the subdivision (Cannon-Hoyle Estates, Plat Book 3, Page 45) served by that road. The easement would allow the installation of any and all utilities within the area of the roadway, and could be utilized by all present or future residents. A copy of the proposed easement is available for public inspection at the County Administration Office in Washington, from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. Anyone wishing to comment on this easement should address their concerns to John W. McCarthy, County Administrator, at PO Box 519, Washington, VA 22747, or plan to attend the hearing on April 4.
