The Constitution of Virginia requires that you be registered in the precinct in which you live in order to be qualified to vote. Any qualified resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia may make application for voter registration at the above places and times. Persons already registered who need to change their resident address may do so by completing a voter registration application.
