Music at Amissville Methodist
On Sunday, April 17 at the 11 a.m. worship service, the Fauquier Flute Ensemble will be providing music at Amissville United Methoidst Church. It consists of fourteen members that play members that play standard flutes, alto and bass flutes, and piccolos. Their director is Debbie Gilbert who teaches at several area schools. The flute ensemble is made up of both amateurs and professionals who have played together for two years. They recently performed at the “Mid-Atlantic Flute Festival” in Washington, D.C. /
The congregation and Rev. Nancy B. White extend a cordial invitation to all to be guests for worship on this morning. The church is local on U.S. 211 west in Amissville.
