Pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, made and entered on the 18th day of February, 1993, in the partition suit brought by Marilyn Brown against Maury Brown and others, we will on Friday, the 15th day of April. 1994, at the property, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. of that day, offer for sale to the highest bidder, the real estate containing by estimation 137 acres, more or less, with a buildings and improvements situated tereon and all privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, and being the same land conveyed to Maury W. Brown Jr. and Marilyn F. Brown by deed of Maury W. Brown and Eleanor D. Brown, his wife, dated March 28, 1964 and recorded April 23, 1964 in Deed Book 81 at Page 278.

Terms of sale: A bidder's deposit of $10,000.00. said
