The School Board voted Tuesday night to request a waiver from the state for a total of 12 days that were missed due to weather and not to schedule additional make-up days.
The board also learned that state funding will be reduced an additional $22,400 because the average daily membership dropped tro 983 for the year through March. The budget was based on an ADM of 1,040. Once school started this fall Superintendent David Gangel said he expected an ADM of 997, and the board planned not to spend about $62,000 of the budget.
