Philip Moore

Philip Fisher Moore, 84, of Front Royal, died Thursday,' April 7 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester.

Funeral services were held at the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home on Monday, April 11 with the Rev. Larry Thompson officiating.

Interment will be in the Willis Chapel Cemetery at Huntly.

Mr. Moore was bom July 7,1909, in Philadelphia, Pa. the son of the late John W. and Laura Fisher Moore.

Mr. Moore served in the U.S. Army during WWII with the 104th Division, Timber Wolves in the European Theater. He was a member of the Iron Worker Local 502 of Philadelphia, Pa.

Surviving are his wife, Grace Rosana Cheney Moore of Front Royal; one daughter, Donna Jean Nielsen of Front Royal; two sisters, Laura Hally of Philadelphia, Pa. and Florence Reinbold of Passaic, N.J.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Helen Wince

Helen Mae Wince, 61, of Luray died Friday, April 8 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg.

Graveside services were conducted Monday, April 11 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray by the Rev. David Johnson.

Mrs. Wince was bom July 1, 1932, in Huntly, daughter of the late James Edgar Wince and Annie Elizabeth Wince Foltz.
