Spaghetti Dinner Planned
A spaghetti dinner will be held at Amissville Volunteer Fire Department from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, April 23. Prices are $5 for adults, $2.50 for children 12 and under and children 5 and under are free. For more information call Sarah Latham at 937-4410 or Sheila Scott at 9374357. Donations are appreciated.
Girls Sought
The Washington Volunteer Fire Department is seeking girls four years and up to run for Ms. Independence and Little Ms. 4th of July. The girl in each category that sells the most raffle tickets will be crowned before the fireworks. To sign up and receive raffle tickets call 675-3844 or 675-3615.
