On Sunday they competed their “who’s minding the store project” followed by another written test. Both tests combined with the interview work sheet and essay, helped determine who will represent the State of Virginia at the national conference.
Becky Gallegos was amoung the 24 choosen. She will be traveling to Washington, D.C. in July to represent not only the state of Virginia but, Rappahannock County. “All three 4-H’ers made a positive impression for Rappahannock County. They have each learned valuable leaderhsip skills that will prepare them for any career,” commented Mrs. Smith.
