Opera Studio and has appeared in several musicals in the Washington, D.C. area over the past 15 years. He holds a bachelor of music degree from the University of North Carolina. He currently studies voice with Demonic Cossa. Mr. Barton is the son of Ed and Martha Barton of Washington. The Bartons have invited the audience to return to their home for light refreshments following the concert.

Mrs. Briedis has performed with the Berks Grand Opera Company in Pennsylvania, and with the Paul Hill Chorale in Washington, D.C. Mr. Taylor is an accompanist with the Washington Performing Arts Society and other vocal groups and is studying for a mater’s degree in music at the University of Maryland.

The benefit performance begins at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18. Tickets are $12 and $10. Children half price. For reservations and information, phone 675-1253.
