William M. Alphin, a director for Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC), has been re-elected treasurer of the Virginia, Maryland and Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives.
The election occurred during the Association’s 50th Annual Meeting, July 24-26, at the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond. The Association provides to member cooperatives support services such as safety instruction, coordination of legislative and regulatory affairs, and the production of Rural Living magazine.
