OF ZONING APPEALS

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappanannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 28, 1994 at 9:00 a.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

SPECIAL USE # 94-08-01

Jane and Todd Burdick, Rt. 1 Box 12 ‘Skyview Farm', Flint Hill, VA 22627 desire to establish a Bed & Breakfast in their residence to include (3) three guest bedrooms. Property is located In Wakefield District, containing 21.44 acres, more or less, zoned “A* Agricultural. Use allowed under Section 170-36(E) of the Rappahannock County Code. Additional Standards contained in Section 170-66 (K).

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, September 21, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, P.O.
