Barbara Paquin will be teaching mathematics enrichment and pre-algebra. Her B.A. was earned from Lynchburg College; she has also attended Shenandoah University and James Madison University.

Christy Sander will be teaching French. She graduated in 1994 from James Madison University with a B.A. in French and English. She is also certified by the National Wildlife Federation as an environmental educator. ! Cherie Ann Thompson will teach English composition, Spanish and publications. She graduated gumma cum laude from Queens College. She also studied at Exeter College, Oxford, and earned an M.A. in English from the University of Maryland.

Wakefield Country Day School’s enrollment is now 150 students, up from 121 at this time last year.
