She was bom in Bluefield, W. Va. on Dec. 31, 1939, daughter of James Adkins, Sr. and Ethel Roope Adkins.
She was the wife of James W. Haught of Rixeyville.
Ms. Haught was a food service worker at Sycamore Park Elementary School in Culpeper and a member of the Jeffersonton United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Don Mervine of Memphis, Tenn., and Stacey Mervine of Akron, Oh.; two step-sons, Anthony Haught of Culpeper and David Haught of Amissville; one brother, James Adkins, Jr. of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Bobbie Jo Condrey of Sandy Hook, Mary Ainslley of Cresswell, N.C. and Nancy Inman of Moyock, N.C. and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Adkins, Sr. of Rice. / Graveside services were held on Monday, Sept. 5 at the Haught Family Cemetery with the Rev. Marvin C. Cook officiating.
