Pursuant to Section 170129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, wil hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 22,1995 at 9:00 am in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
SU#95-02-Q2 Application by Thomas G. Taylor to operate a custom sawmM on property zoned “A”, Agricultural (Tax Map 27 Parcel 18A) located on State Route 612. Use allowed under Section 17036G. Additional Standards contained in Section 17068.
A Copy of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Sfod applications wit be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 15, 1995 at 7:30 pm at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 17055, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, P.O.
