Ernest Fletcher
F.mest Randolph Fletcher, 33, of Washington died Saturday, March 4 at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington,'D.C.
He was horn Jan. 5, 1962, in Warren County, son of Ernest and Ellen Fletcher of Washington.
Surviving with his parents are three brothers, Phillip Fletcher of Washington, Glenn Austin Fletcher of Washington and Jarvis Levi Fletcher ol Sperryville; two sisters-in-law; aunt; uncles; nieces and a greatnephew.
Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church at I p.m. on Friday, March 10.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home in Culpeper is in charge of the arrangements.
Julian Welch
Julian Thompson Welch, 75, of Flint Hill died Tuesday, Feb. 28 at his home.
Funeral services were held at the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home on Friday. March 3 with the Rev. Merlin Shorb officiating.
Interment was in the Washington Masonic Cemetery in Washington.
Mr. Welch was born April 24, 1919, in Rappahannock County, the son of the late Oil F. and Eva Thompson Welch.
He was predeceased by a brother, William Preston Welch and sister. Ora Oasis Cow gill.
He was a retired farmer
Surviving are his wife, Ellen Mildred Smith Welch of Flint Hill;
