This budget synopsis is prepared and published for informative and fiscal planning purposes only. The inclusion in the budget of any item or items does not constitute an obligation for commitment on the part of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County to appropriate any funds for that item or purpose. There is no allocation or designation of any funds of the County for any purpose until there has first been an appropriation for that purpose by the Board of Supervisors. A hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors on the budget for informative purposes at the Rappahannock County Courthouse on the 5th day of June, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. at which time any citizen of the County shall have the right to attend and state his views. A budget for the fiscal year . commencing July 1, 1995, will be adopted by the Board of Supervisors no later than July 1, 1995 I and at least seven days following the hearing at which time the Board of Supervisors shall set tax * rates for tax year 1996.
