no answers. Has anyone in Richmond thought this through? Apparently not. Welfare reform is an appealing buzz word and Allen and Katzen love to grandstand. But real solutions for real people seem to be beyond their grasp. The best they can do is to presentslavish ideology that is totally out of touch with reality.

Career Day

Successful

To the Editor:

The 1995 RCHS Career Day Program was successfully completed. May 11.

This is an effort by the guidance department to see that the most up-to date information concerning job hunting techniques and career opportunities are presented to juniors and especially graduating seniors.

I wish to express my thanks to the people in the community who participate in Career Day. This year’s program attracted 27 skilled and professional workers from Rappahannock and surrounding areas. Persons who would like to share information about their jobs during the May 1996 Career Day Program are asked to call me at 987-8575.
