Both county public schools will start the 1995-96 school year with new principals.
At a special meeting last Wednesday the School Board appointed former assistant principal Jack Raines as principal of the high school and former assistant principal Raye Tupper as principal of the elementary school.
Mike Tupper, who has been a high school special education teacher, was appointed as the new assistant principal of the high school, and Richard Smith, who held the position of “learning environment coordinator,” will be the new assistant
