John Neibert
John Richard Neibert, 53, of Washington died July 1 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
Mr. Neibert was born June 16, 1942, in Washington, D.C.
He was a heavy equipment and automobile mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Jettie Lee Neibert of Washington; one son, John Richard (Doc Jr.) Neibert of Washington; one daughter, Angela Lee Neibert of Washington; one sister, Joan Sacra of Washington; One nephew, Shannon Todd Sacra of Pennsylvania and one niece, Christina Sacra.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 5 at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton with the Rev. Larry Kennedy.
Interment will be in the family cemetery in Washington.

Cecil Graves
Cecil Conrad Graves, 62, of Amissville died June 30 at the Washington Hospital Center of injuries from an auto accident.
Mr. Graves was bom March 17, 1933, in Welch, W.Va., a son of the late Cecil C. Graves, Sr. and Belle Elam Graves.
He was graduated of the Luray High School in June 1931. He was also a graduate of the University of Virginia where he held a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
He served in the U.S. Army having been honorably discharged in 1962 with the rank of First Lieutenant.
