Jessica said her second class was bracelet making. What was it really? Crafts. The class was taught by Melody Richardson and Amanda Brown. On Monday the class made bracelets.
After this the group had a fifteen minute snack. “I had animal crackers and green lemonade,” declared Jessica.
The break was followed by a third class, cooking. During this class Robyn Frye showed the children how to make and eat Jello.
From 12 to 12:40 p.m. all the campers went swimming. “On the way to the pool we sang the ‘Little Froggy’ song,” Jessica began. “When we got there we played beach ball and dived off the diving board.” She told of another game they played in the pool. “If you could do one flip off the board you got to do three more, I did six!”
After swimming the group returned to the pavilion where they ate lunch with their tribes. This concept was a little hazy to Jessica but after quitea bit of prying she said she was from the Mattaponi tribe. “We
