The store is a popular spot for lunch, as the deli run by deli manager Brenda Jenkins offers plenty of choices of hot and cold foods. Every type of sandwich imaginable can be made on the spot, including Italian subs, or hot dogs, half smokes, or barbeque with cole slaw.
There is potato salad too. In the deli case, all types of meats and cheeses are available by the pound, which are sliced while the customer waits. There is also fresh hamburger meat, homemade country sausage, pork chops, scrapple and chicken. In cooler weather, homemade vegetable soup, chili beans and pizza by the slice are big sellers.

Fresh lemons, celery and carrots can be found in one of the coolers, along with night crawlers for fishing.
