in a 1989 Honda 2-door was passing Mr. Price’s car on the right as this was happening. Mr. Price’s car then did a 360 and ended up in the median strip.
According to the accident report, Mr. Price got out of his vehicle, removed the tags from it, and ran into the field near the Bleu Rock Inn. After a short foot chase by Troopers Sumner and Sean Knick, Mr. Price was apprehended in the vineyard.
Mr. Price’s car sustained $1,000 damage and Mr. Allsberry’s had $500 damage.
