Judy Kay Meredith, 34, of Reva, was indicted on two counts of credit card fraud. She is out on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
Charles Richard Meredith, 33, of Woodville, applied to have his driver’s license restored. He was declared an habitual offender on November 13, 1989. Although Mr. Meredith has not driven since that time, he was charged with being drunk in public in 1990. Mr. Luke felt that he should be able to have his license reinstated, but that it should be a restricted license.
