nile Mr. Robinson had been charged with possession of alcohol and destruction of private property. While out on bond for the grand larceny case, Mr. Robinson was charged with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Robinson’s mother testified that she felt her son had matured at a later age than most boys, and that this was the reason for his many run-ins with the law. Mr. Luke said that he didn’t feel Mr. Robinson’s criminal record could be attributed to immaturity.
Jud Fischel, Mr. Robinson’s attorney, argued that he felt his client may backslide if he were incarcerated at this point. He said that Mr. Robinson had plans to attend air-conditioning and heating school in the fall.
Though the sentencing guidelines showed that Mr. Robinson has had between five and eight adult misdemeanor convictions and a prior criminal record as a juvenile, the guidelines did not call for
