Carl James Snyder, Jr., 31, of Sperryville, was indicted for discharging a firearm within an occupied building, a felony, and brandishing a firearm, a misdemeanor. Mr. Snyder is in the Rappahannock County Jail, awaiting his next court date of July 20.
