Returning more money to our taxpayers, while preserving local services, will spur more economic growth and continue to make Virginia an attractive location for new business.

General Assembly passed legislation abolishing parole. Now, in Virginia, 10 years means a convicted criminal will spend 10 years in prison.
The "Three Strikes and You're Out" legislation pushed by Attorney General Gilmore and Governor Allen guarantees that in Virginia, those who are convicted of a third violent felony are sent to prison for life.
