The board passed the application by William F. Tapp and Betty L. O’Connor for a special exception permit to separate their family farm, located on South Poes Road in Amissville, into two parcels. The farm, now in three pieces will be made into a parcel of about 98 acres which will be O’Connor’s and the other about 125 which will' be Tapp’s.
The board also declared a structure on the James E. Williams property, in Rappahannock Lakes, unsafe and gave Williams 30 days to make the building inaccessible to the satisfaction of the; building official. If after thattime the structure remainsunsafe the board will act.
