PURSUANT to Section 170-12- of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahnnock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday. January 5. 199R at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:

Edibaldo Silva-Lopez and Blanc Silva-Lopez, contact purchasers of a portion of Tax Map 44, Parcel 4D, consisting of approximately 25 acres, desire to create a ten acre lot from said tract fronting on RT. 730; to merge the residue with Parcel 6 thus creating a 25 acre lot; no additional lots to be created. Tract is located in Jackson District, Amissville by Special Exception, Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code. Property is zoned “A” Agricultural.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m.. Said application will-be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
